There’s always plenty going on in Bristol, for the business and the pleasure visitor, no matter what season. At the moment, though, there’s definitely an added expectant buzz here as the days begin to draw out. In under two weeks the clocks will go forward, which I always find is a huge kick-start to get out and about and explore, whether in a city for work or for a fun weekend.
As I write, both major political parties competing in the 2015 election have stressed in recent days the importance of the South West’s thriving economy in national recovery, with Bristol as its heartland.
